EVOLVE (10 - 12 years)
Players in our EVOLVE program move to a full size court with 75% compression balls. This allows them to work on developing a more advanced game, taking the ball on the rise, and hitting with a variety of spins. Evolve takes tennis players to the next level.

Players will learn to:
- Apply the fundamentals of solid tennis technique.
- Use a variety of spins on serves and ground strokes
- Learn a variety of footwork patterns
- Readily adapt their strokes and court positioning in response to their opponent’s actions
- Understand their strengths on the tennis court
- Monitor and regulate emotions in matchplay situations
- Apply tactics in game situations
EVOLVE program summary:
- 1 hour class
- 9 week term with 1 week for make up lessons
- Average 6-8 pupils per coach
- Full size court used with 75% compression balls
- A fun and encouraging program
- Includes Evolve squads by invitation for advanced players
