FASTTRACK
FASTTRACK is our invitation only, high performance coaching squad for junior players. The FASTTRACK program is  designed to help players play local tournaments and realise their potential. 

Players will learn to:

• Use advanced footwork patterns and recovery steps
• Use a variety of spin shots on ground strokes and on the second serve
• Adjust game style to suit conditions and opposition
• Work on fitness and conditioning outside lessons​
• Build in margin for error to their game
• Regularly hit target areas off ground stokes and serves
• Control their inner-game and how to exert control over their mind
• Understand good sportsmanship and ability to handle pressure situation

FASTTRACK program summary​

• 1 hour class​
• 9 week term with 1 week for make up lessons
• Average 6-8 pupils per coach
• A high intensity program
• All players receive a progress report card at the end of term.
• A wide variety of technology used.
