Are recurring direct debits the only payment option?
Yes, our system does not allow us to accept cash or direct deposits into our bank account. We use IntegraPay for our secure online payments which incur transaction fees of $0.33 + 1.7% of transaction value.
Students are automatically re-enrolled, and payments direct debited prior to the following term starting so that we can schedule coaches and plan next terms lessons based on accurate student numbers. A courtesy e-mail will be sent out prior to payment processing to allow you to unenrol in the following term if you do not want to continue tennis. |

What if my child is not enjoying lessons?
Please talk to us if you or your child isn't enjoying their tennis lessons. We can often identify the issues and assist in addressing them so that we keep the player in the game longer so they can enjoy all the benefits tennis has to offer for many years to come. How do I use my NSW Active Kids Voucher
For information on the NSW Active Kid Voucher please see our Active Kids Voucher page
What does my child need for class?
Children should wear comfortable sports clothes, e.g. shorts and a t-shirt and sport shoes. They should also be wearing sunscreen and bring a drink bottle and a hat. If they have their own racket they should bring that as well but if not we have rackets we can lend them for the class.
What happens if it rains?
If class needs to be cancelled due to rain, we will send you an e-mail at least an hour before class where possible. If rain occurs at very short notice we will send you a text message. Week 10 of term will be used as the wet weather make-up class if needed.
What happens if my child can not attend a class?
Due to our wide variety of students with different ages and standards we are unable to reschedule make-up classes if your child misses a class because of illness or other commitments. If you have missed three or more classes in a row due to a significant illness or injury please contact us and we will try and arrange a suitable solution. Remember you can join our free HotShots MatchPlay session on Friday nights to get extra tennis sessions during the week. See our Hotshots Matchplay page for more details.
Where do I go for class?
Our classes are held at our main tennis facility - 100 Campbell Street. There is plenty of parking between Queanbeyan Park and the tennis courts. The back gate will be open for you to come through. Alternatively you can park on Campbell Street and use either the front or back entrance. Click here for a map
Why is it a 9 week term?
Most ACT/NSW Schools operate for 10 week terms. In our experience, there is at least one class per term that needs to be cancelled due to wet weather. We set our prices for a 9 week terms to allow for one wet-weather cancellation per term. If we do not cancel a class during the term lessons will not be held in week 10.
Do you run holiday programs?
